More Tools in Acrobat
One of the best and quickest ways to learn more about what Acrobat can do for you is to see all the tools Acrobat has available. Plus you can turn on the tools you need and off the tools you don’t use, both saving screen real estate and customizing the interface to the way you work.
The fastest way to do this is to Right-Click/Control-Click on the Toolbar and select More Tools. The screen shot on the left shows all the Acrobat tools (you will need to scroll down the tools as this illustration was a combination of 6 screen shots). A slow scroll will show a lot of tools you may not be aware that Acrobat has. Use the check boxes to turn on and off the tools.
