Non-fillable PDF forms make me crazy. I feel like a child, reaching out for candy, only to get my hand slapped. Anal-retentive, as I am, I usually make them into fillable forms, even if I still have to print them out and mail or fax them. Depending on the recipient, I can often simply email them, it's faster, easier and saves a tree.

Of course the next step is to make them submitable and I'll address that in the future.

If you are attending Print 09 (I'm working it) and need to register, I took their non-fillable PDF registration form and made it fillable. You'll still have to fax or mail it, but it will be legible and easier to fill out. I did send it to my contact at the show and she said she would pass it along to the web people. I hope they post it. Until then, you can get it here.
